The Badlands National History Association is staffed by individuals who are dedicated to the preservation of this unique North American landscape, its rich fossil-bearing grounds and the many interesting animal and botanical species that continue to populate the area.
Since 2007, BNHA employs two full time year round positions. Those positions are Executive Director and an assistant. In addition, from late April until the end of September, four to six seasonal positions are hired.
