Be a Part of Something Good in the Badlands!
This Land is Your Land!
Approximately one million people visit Badlands National Park every year! Your support aids Badlands National Park in its interpretive, educational, historical, and scientific research efforts!
Your membership dues are used directly to enhance the experience for visitors to the area. An investment for the future, your contribution is a perpetuation of the National Park idea. It is gratefully received, immediately acknowledged, and always appreciated!
The Badlands Natural History Association is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to assisting the National Park Service in its scientific, educational, historical, and interpretive activities. It is recognized by the service as an official cooperating association operating in Badlands National Park and is incorporated under the laws of the State of South Dakota.
Memberships are open to anyone interested in the preservation and interpretation of Badlands National Park. Membership benefits begin on the date of purchase and are good until the same date the following year.
Memberships are based on donations!
- Prairie Dog Donation - $25: Includes membership, newsletters, special mailings, and discounts in cooperating associations across the nation!
- Swift fox Donation - $50: Includes all benefits listed above plus new Badlands National Park eco friendly tote bag!
- Bobcat Donation - $100: Includes all benefits listed in the first two donation levels, plus a Badlands National Park magnet!
- Big Horn Sheep Donation: - $150- Includes all benefits listed in the first three donation levels, plus the Badlands National Park Road Guide!
- Bison Donation - $500!!!: This includes all of the benefits in the first four donation levels, plus an invitation to the annual Community Gathering meal!
These all include 10% discount on all purchases on the website, in the Badlands Natural History Association bookstore, and discounts in participating cooperating associations.
